2007?!?!?

What happened? Its 2007. Shouldn't we all be flying around in space suits by now? Sorry, I kinda dropped out there for a bit. I was in Florida visiting my nana, who sadly passed away in December. She was 84 and an AMAZING woman. She taught me to be who I am today; to stand tall, listen and learn to accept whatever curve balls life throws at you. I posted a tribute image I did that we handed out at the post-Christmas services.

On a happy note, I also posted a photo of Amanda, who my family adopted (officially Jan 19th!). She is 6 and really has had a rough start on her life. She is adjusting very well to our fun-loving family. This is her on the beach in Siesta Key, still one of my favorite places in Florida. They have the best souvenir shop in all of Florida, that bring back SO MANY child memories of my own!
